Cloud Computing has become the primary model used by DevOps practitioners and researchers to provision infrastructure in minimal time. But recently, the traditional method of using a single cloud provider has fallen out of favor due to several limitations regarding performance, compliance rules, geographical reach, and vendor lock-in. To address these issues, industry and academia are implementing multiple clouds (i.e., multi-cloud). However, managing the infrastructure provisioning of enterprise SaaS applications faces several challenges, such as configuration drift and the heterogeneity of cloud providers. This has seen Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies being used to automate the deployment of SaaS applications. IaC facilitates the rapid deployment of new versions of application infrastructures without degrading quality or stability. Therefore, this work presents a vision of uniformly managing the infrastructure provisioning of enterprise SaaS applications that utilize multiple cloud providers. Hence, we introduce an initial design for the IaC-based Multi-Cloud Deployment pattern and discuss how it addresses the relative challenges.

<p><em>Innovation leadership is critical in enhancing a firm’s success in today’s changing markets. This research investigates the changes in entrepreneurial leadership attributes amid the fourth industrial revolution and the fast pace of technological advancement. This research tackles a gap in the current knowledge and reveals interesting outcomes covering the barely researched sub-domain of the fourth industrial revolution and examine how the entrepreneurial leadership should be adjusted for better coping with the current fast-paced technology environment, and how the entrepreneur should adjust the leadership attributes in order to fully exploit the advantages of this revolution and gain a competitive advantage. The content analysis method used for this research utilized written data regarding 23 leaders from 20 companies from the latest 19th century during the first industrial revolution until the current fourth industrial revolution. Results reveal noticeable leadership attributes emphasized in the fourth industrial revolution, such as communication, coaching, innovation, forecasting future, team-builder, and more. Those attributes are in tight correlation with the current novel digital leadership paradigm and the known effects of the fourth industrial revolution on the firms and leaders. Results reveal that current entrepreneurs tend to be open-minded while avoiding rejecting innovation from other firms and are willing to share the experience with the adjacent technology ecosystem.</em></p>

In most economies, both developed and developing, industrialisation is viewed as a necessary step towards economic development. New risks for industrialisation are associated with the result of the economic and social changes, regarding the transition to a post-industrial society. Modern progress of organization theory has generated important questions and challenges to conventional sociological and organizational theories. These developments are related to "conditions of postmodernity"dynamic environment and a post-industrial society with information and knowledge-based nonhomogeneous values as a central research topic. As a result it should be stressed that nowadays society is directly linked to the adjustments in values as a shift to post-industrial modes of production. Modern industrialisation concept should represent the post-industrial society approach, providing framework for the practical applications and explaining the modern company value creation process that corresponds to the economic transformation into postindustrial.
