The Families In Recovery From Stroke Trial (FIRST): Primary Study Results

Abstract: This study does not provide evidence for the efficacy of psychosocial intervention to improve functional recovery in stroke. Although PSI showed greater improvement than UC, the differences were not statistically significant.
