The entrepreneurial passion-entrepreneurial alertness relationship: The moderating role of a creative personality

Abstract: Passion is a topic that has been recently incorporated into the study of entrepreneurship. According to McMullen and Shepherd (2006), passion is not entrepreneurial unless it triggers action.
