Abstract: Background: Development of multiloculation-septation is a challenging entity in empyema patients. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the success rates of videothoracoscopic deloculation (VATS-D) and intrapleural fibrinolytic (IPFib) application after tube thoracostomy.
