The focus of this research is the effect of teacher pedagogic competence and discipline on teacher performance in Kunduran District, Blora Regency. Teacher performance can be seen from their work performance in managing learning activities. This study used a sample of 172 respondents. Three variables are examined in this study: academic competence, discipline, and teacher performance. The data collection method that researchers use is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SPSS Statistics 20 and Excel Office 2010 software. Based on the research and followed by data analysis using multiple linear regression, shows 1) teacher performance influences pedagogical competence; 2) teacher performance is influenced by teacher discipline; 3) and teacher performance can influence pedagogical competence and discipline together. multiple regression equation Y = 33.304 + 0.132X ₁ + 0.304X ₂ + e. This study's results mean that teachers with high work motivation and high work discipline can provide the best performance results to improve the quality of learning.

today. If it is used in education, its function is to convey teaching materials, one of which is by utilizing technology such as the internet to access several existing sources. This research aims to gain knowledge about the application of "Rumah Belajar" as a technology-based learning media for Indonesian. The role of technology is very important in the field of education today. In addition, teacher creativity is needed to create interesting learning media and facilities. The research method used in This research is descriptive. Data collection is done by reviewing the results of similar studies' pre-existing learning media and examining learning media Indonesian-based technology. Results show that One of the learning media that students guided by the teacher can use is the "Learning House" application. The learning house is one of the contents created by the Education and Culture Information Technology and Data Center (PUSDATIN) of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud). The conclusion from the study is that Learning House contains learning material content that can be utilized by educators and Early Childhood Education (PAUD) students, Elementary Schools (SD), to High/Vocational High Schools (SMA/SMK) as sources of learning media. The implementation of learning is still not optimal in utilizing and using learning media so students' motivation and learning outcomes in learning still need to be higher. This research aims to develop POPOIN Media in an effort to improve learning outcomes in Floor Pattern Material for class V students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research are material experts and learning media experts. The test subjects were 27 fifth-grade students and fifth-grade elementary school teachers. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, questionnaires and test questions. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire sheets and test questions. The techniques used to analyze data are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results of the research, namely POPOIN media on Floor Pattern material, received very good qualifications from experts so that it is suitable for use in learning. The results of the n-gain test data analysis show an increase in scores between the pretest and posttest. The results of the t-test show that there is a difference in the pretest and post-test scores. It was concluded that POPOIN media in Floor Pattern material could be used to improve students' dance learning outcomes.
