MSMEs are growing and competing in a business environment that is constantly changing like today in the digital era, it is necessary to monitor and understand company performance to achieve a greater level of business than before, and to determine the extent to which business is being carried out on target. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of financial literacy, fintech (financial technology), and intellectual capital on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City. Determination of the sample using probability sampling with a proportional random sampling technique than simple random sampling. The number of samples used was 286 samples. The primary data source was taken by using a survey method with a questionnaire. The research design used descriptive and parametric statistical analysis methods with instrument tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are financial literacy, fintech (financial technology) and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City .

This study examines technology in mediating human capital, customer capital, and organizational capital on SMEs' performance during Covid-19. To test the hypothesis, the PLS-SEM method was applied. Data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaiers to 150 owners of small industrial cluster in East Java, Indonesia.The empirical results show that human capital and technology usage directly affect significantly on SMEs' performance. Furthermore, technology usage has a significant influence in mediating human capital on firms' performance. We provide implications for using technology for practice and using a socio-technical approach by SMEs to face challenges related to their work organization in response to COVID-19 while maintaining their activities. This study examines the influences of Islamic microfinancing, human capital development, and information and communication technology (ICT) usage on the performance of Malaysian women micro-entrepreneurs funded by an Islamic microfinance institution (IMFI). It considers Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) as the study setting and adopts a quantitative approach involving 120 women micro-entrepreneurs. The questionnaire was distributed to women micro-entrepreneurs in Selangor state employing a convenience sampling method. The model was analysed utilising the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Islamic microfinancing, human capital, and ICT usage positively influence the performance of women micro-entrepreneurs. The empirical findings enhance the literature by extending the resource-based view (RBV), a soft theory in the organisational theory literature, by incorporating Islamic microfinancing in the context. It is hoped the study will assist IMFIs and governments in strengthening infrastructures, developing comprehensive business strategies, and educating women micro-entrepreneurs about the possibilities of the digital economy for long-term business sustainability and development.
