This was in agreement with the study of Sokol and co-workers [22] in which lead was administered at the same amount as in our study and only for one month, but was inconsistent with the results of other works [30,31,36]. The heterogeneity of the results concerning the FSH could be explained mainly by the use of different amounts of toxicant, the varied period of exposure and the multiple routes of administration of the toxicant.…”
