Abstract: Milk can be contaminated with organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are known as endocrine disruptors (EDCs). However, the relationship between the lactation period of cows and the residues of EDCs is unknown.
