Abstract: Mr. Jacobs has held positions as an aircraft engineer, architectural designer, and architect as we11 as having been a lecturer in several colleges during the past 21 years and, since 1953, he has been a registered architect in New York State. In addition to his present occupation with AIA, he is an adjunct professor in the School of Architecture of Columbia University.
