The Application of Directed Hyper-Graphs for Analysis of Models of Information Systems

Abstract: Hyper-graphs offer the opportunity to formulate logical statements about their components, for example, using Horn clauses. Several models of Information Systems can be represented using hyper-graphs as the workflows, i.e., the business processes. During the modeling of Information Systems, many constraints should be maintained during the development process. The models of Information Systems are complex objects, for this reason, the analysis of algorithms and graph structures that can support the consistency … Show more

“…The work by Pierre [19] also presented the benefits, costs, and barriers of improving BPM with blockchain. Blockchain solutions have been used and combined with M2P solutions [25][26][27][28]. In [29], we used blockchain as a UML profile for business processes and workflows in finance.…”

“…A graph 𝐺 is a system consisting of a finite non-empty set of vertices and a finite set of edges such that the edge is identified with a pair of vertices [1]. Graph theory can be applied in various types of fields, such as networks [2], transportation [3], coding theory [4], chemistry [5], crystallography [6], cryptography [7], and information systems [8]. Graph labeling is one of the important topics in graph theory.…”
