Abstract: Abstract DC dark conductivity (σ) has been measured in thin films of poly(N‐vinyl carbazole) (PVK). The dependence of σ on temperature (T) followed a typical Arrhenius relation but at the same time a relation σ(T)α exp(‐[T0/T]2) could be fitted to the experimental points.
