Television Production of Yesteryears, Today and in the Future: Impact of Reduced Collaboration in TV News Production on Job Satisfaction in Nigeria

Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the impact of reduced collaboration in TV news production on job satisfaction and to explore the contributing effect of modern technologies on reduced collaboration in TV news production in Nigeria.
