Abstract: We report on use of an oversight group to support implementation of Team-Based Learning™ in medical curricula. New methods are usually adopted using development sessions led by outside experts and sending individuals to other institutions or conferences. This may be insufficient to achieve establishment of the pedagogy and develop faculty expertise.
