T⁴ MAP™: Imagine Mapping the Invisible

Abstract

A challenge from a Google executive led to the development of a transparent process of quantifiable performance improvement. The T 4 MAP TM process creates a team-centered learning environment where members manage learning during the process of performance improvement. Team members and leaders select priorities using appreciative facilitation with quantitative and qualitative data. The process has enabled both production and knowledge workers to generate positive results, which management valued at more than $2 million (Suss, 2015).
