Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD. The current study examined the time course and magnitude of activity in threat processing brain regions during speech anticipation in socially anxious individuals and healthy controls (HC). Method Participants (SAD n = 58; HC n = 16) underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) during which they completed a 90s control anticipation task and 90s speech anticipation task.

“…Many kinds of photochromic polymers have been designed and synthesized during the past decades, [250][251][252][253][254][255][256][257] in which the 1,2-dithienylethene (DTE) derivatives have drawn great attention due to their outstanding fatigue resistance and thermal stabilities. Prominently, the DTE-based polymers show high photochromic activity both in solution and in solid states.…”

“…The corresponding monomers, for example, SPO 145, are generally prepared by acylation of hydroxy-containing SPO. 60,72,112,141 However, it is also possible to introduce functional groups capable of being polymerised into the indoline precursors. 142 ± 144 A more complicated approach was used for the preparation of phosphoruscontaining methacrylate monomer 196.…”
