Sustainable digitalisation and implementation of ISO standards for facilities management

Abstract: Purpose This viewpoint paper aims to discuss sustainable digitalisation of facilities management (FM) through the implementation of the newly recognised International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards within the ISO 41000 series.
