Abstract: Moyamoya disease (MMD) is an isolated chronic, usually bilateral, vasculopathy disease of undetermined etiology. The clinical presentations of MMD include TIA, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, seizures, headache, and cognitive impairment.
