Surgical Treatment for Esophageal Leiomyoma: 13 Years of Experience in a High-Volume Tertiary Hospital

Abstract: BackgroundEsophageal leiomyoma is the most common benign tumor in the esophagus. Thoracotomy and thoracoscopy are both elective for esophageal leiomyoma enucleation.
