Surgical management of mediastinal liposarcoma extending from hypopharynx to carina: Case report

Abstract: We describe the complete resection of a giant, well-differentiated mediastinal liposarcoma extending retropharynx to envelop the aortic arch, trachea and esophagus following preoperative radiotherapy.
