“…In the literature, patients were reported to undergo coronary revascularisation early after myxoma resection due to an undiagnosed coronary artery disease before the first operation (8). In many series, in the absence of emergency situations (acute pulmonary edema or high risk of embolism), patients over the age of 40 or 50 years underwent coronary angiography before surgery (3,12,13). We also advocate coronary angiography before surgery and believe that the presence or absence of angina alone should not be the only criteria for performing coronary angiography.…”
