Surgical Correction of Caudal Septal Dislocation in Septoplasty and Septorhinoplasty

Abstract: Septal deviations are one of the most common causes of disordered nasal breathing. Specifically, caudal septal deviations represent a unique challenge. This portion of the nasal septum serves multiple functions regarding shape and support for nasal breathing and for facial aesthetics.
