“…From the linear fit of the experimentally determined surface tension values as a function of temperature the temperature coefficient of copper surface tension ds =dT ¼ À4:4EÀ05 N m À1 K À1 is slight negative. Compared to Brillo and Egry [25] where ds =dT ¼ À2:3EÀ04 N m À1 K À1 and Amore et al [26] where ds =dT ¼ À2:3EÀ04 N m À1 K À1 , both literature values obtained via the EML method, ds =dT from the present investigation is one order of magnitude lower.
