Surakarta Smart City: A Public Service Transformation During The Pandemic

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the extent of the transformation of Surakarta City public services with Smart City during the covid-19. Current direct interacting services should be limited and converse to online public services. This research used a qualitative analysis approach based on a descriptive method.
