Supportive Work Environment and Teacher’s Innovative Work Behaviour: The Mediating Role of Informal Learning in Vietnam

Abstract: This study aims to assess the relationship between the supportive work environment (SWE), informal learning (IFL), and the innovative work behaviour (IWB) of general school teachers. The stratified sampling method is used to select 471 teachers from general public schools in Vietnam. Data are analysed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with AMOS 22.
