Abstract:Introduction: Quetiapine, an atypical antipsychotic, works through the agonism of multiple brain receptors, including dopaminergic, serotonergic, and adrenergic receptors. Compared to typical antipsychotics, quetiapine has a more favorable profile of adverse reactions. Myoclonus is infrequent.
