[2][3][4] The most common anatomical location of premacular hemorrhage is beneath the ILM, but subhyaloid, intraretinal and /or vitreous hemorrhaging may also occur. 5 There are several treatment modalities depending on the size, thickness, and anatomical location of hemorrhage, such as observation, neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet (Nd-YAG) hyaloidotomy, 6 argon laser, pneumatic displacement of the hemorrhage 7 and vitrectomy.…”
