Abstract: RESUMOA alface (Lactuca sativa L.) é a hortaliça folhosa mais consumida no Brasil. Apresenta grande importância econômica para os agricultores familiares, produtores de hortaliças. No entanto, a utilização de substratos comerciais muitas vezes dificulta o manejo, devido ao seu custo e a dependência das casas agropecuárias.
