Subsidizing agricultural production of the region to achieve food security

Abstract: According to the current Food Security Doctrine, in the Russian Federation, the main indicator of food security is food self-sufficiency. Along with this indicator, we propose to use the self-sufficiency level indicator when planning food security of a certain territory and introduce the concept of the adequacy of state support.
