Abstract: GirişBipolar bozukluk (BB); duygudurum bozuklukları grubunda yer alan, depresif, manik ya da hipomanik epizotlar ile seyreden, tekrarlayıcı karakterde bir hastalıktır. Duygudurum bozuklukları; bireyin hayatını sınır-landıran, psikososyal işlevselliğine ve çevresiyle olan ilişkisine zarar veren hastalıklardır (1).
