Studying The Expression of Human P53 Gene in Patients Carrying Breast Cancer.

Abstract: The gene P53 can activate DNA repair proteins when DNA has sustained damage. So, it is an important factor in aging. Also, P53 gene can also be modified by mutagens (chemicals, radiation, or viruses), increasing the likelihood for uncontrolled cell division.
