Study on the Immunogenicity of Three Recombinant Lactic Acid Bacteria Expressing ASFV p14.5 Protein

Abstract: The African Classical Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) has spread severely all over the world. The lack of vaccines has dealt a heavy blow to the pig industry.In this study, the p14.5 protein encoded by the African swine fever virus was used as the antigen, and the p14.5 protein gene was expressed in vitro using the Lactobacillus expression system.
