Study of Bilayer Porous Structure for Efficient Light Absorption

Abstract: In this paper, we present a novel structure for bio-inspired photochemical light absorption based on porous silicon formation technology. Macro-and microporous samples were obtained by anodic etching on highly-doped n-type silicon substrate. TiO 2 nanoparticles were synthesized by the sol-gel hydrolyzing method by immersing the samples in the precursor.
