Abstract: YbGa 6 Te 10 . -The title compound is prepared by heating a mixture of the elemental constituents at 700°C and characterized by powder and single crystal XRD, EDX, thermal conductivity, and electrical resistivity measurements. YbGa6Te10 crystallizes in the space group R32 with Z = 6.
