It can be prepared under 140 C for 15 h and latter the object BiVO 4 in the carrier pores was calcined at 400 C for 3 h. It was reported by Guoqiang Tan [15] that tz-BiVO 4 was formed at low temperature and converted into ms-BiVO 4 at higher temperature.
