Structural basis for a major histocompatibility complex class Ib–restricted T cell response

Abstract: In contrast to antigen-specific immunity orchestrated by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class Ia molecules, the ancestrally related nonclassical MHC class Ib molecules generally mediate innate immune responses.
