Abstract: (1) Background: Antenatal hydronephrosis (AHN), detected in approximately one percent of prenatal ultrasounds, is caused by vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) in 15–21% of cases, a condition with significant risks such as urinary tract infections and renal scarring.
