Abstract: Health professions education (HPE) master' s degree programs characteristically offer organized, rigorous, and comprehensive approaches to developing the skills and knowledge necessary for medical and health professions education leaders to educate adult learners who may be physicians, nurses, therapists, and other medical and health professionals.
