“…The detailed synthesis method for YSZ nanoparticles via the in-house aerosol spray pyrolysis was described in our previous paper. , Specifically, anhydrous ZrCl 4 (Alfa Aesar) and YCl 3 ·6H 2 O (Sigma-Aldrich) were dissolved in deionized (DI) water to form the precursor solution, and varied ZrCl 4 :YCl 3 ratios were used to obtain YSZ nanoparticles with different Y 2 O 3 concentrations.
