Abstract: The object of this research is the analysis of specificity of gustatory preference of Salvador Dali that allows reconstructing gastronomic code of the genius. The results of analysis demonstrate that Dalian gastronomic code is based on the principles of legitimacy, hierarchy and mysticism.
