Abstract:OBJECTIVE: The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effects on dentinal microhardness, and the smear layer-and debris-removal properties, of 5% and 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) solutions when used as final irrigants.
