Abstract: 10Cu2SnS3 as a promising candidate for the next generation of thin film solar cells is still lack of 11 further understandings and studies. In the present study, a simple solution method is introduced to 12 fabricate monoclinic Cu2SnS3 thin films and based solar devices.
