Soft Tissue Reconstruction with Free Gingival Graft Technique following Excision of a Fibroma

Abstract: Background. Oral fibromas are benign, asymptomatic, smooth surfaced, firm structured tumoral lesions that originate from gingival connective tissue or periodontal ligament.
