Purpose of the study: In current conditions of globalization, the role and importance of non-cash payment systems have changed dramatically. The authors of the article are aiming to analyze and promote new banking products and describe the way of development of modern banking business trends in the field of electronic banking services in their article. Methodology: In the course of this study, methods of comparative and statistical analysis, empirical, interviewing, observation and economic, and mathematical modeling were used. Main Findings: The Central payment systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides options for the needs of the real economy sector, financial markets, and banks the other participants in the late payments and money transfers, as well as contribute to the effective implementation of monetary policy and the execution of the state budget. Applications of this study: The theoretical and practical provisions of the research can be applied in the educational process in economic areas and banking organizations' activities. Calculations are a necessary accompanying element of the money supply's creation (withdrawal) as a derivative of money circulation and one of the monetary regulation's main objects. Novelty/Originality of this study: Development of theoretical provisions aimed to modernize the mechanisms of state regulation of the domestic national payment system. It ensures its further development in current conditions and the formulation of practical recommendations and justification of organizational tools.

Public Financing Support Options to Micro-Enterprises for Innovation

Innovation related to the technological advances of entrepreneurship are essential in Industry 4.0. The availability of sufficient funding is one of the factors promoting innovations in companies. Therefore the issue of access to finance remains relevant. The study investigates the availability of public financial support for micro-enterprises - the largest enterprise category in Latvia (approximately 94%), focusing on those for whom the introduction of innovations is essential for their growth. In an ad hoc survey of companies registered in Latvia in nationally defined sectors, entrepreneurs disclosed their sources of funding over the three-year period: 2015-2017. Valid responses from 2511 companies, of them 1879 were micro-enterprises, revealed not only the diversity of their financial sources but also the reluctance of external financiers to support companies willing to innovate. Out of the micro-enterprises surveyed, which required new or additional funding during the three-year period in question, 21% stated that the goal of funding was “the development and introduction of new products or services”. Innovation as an important factor was stated by 28% micro-enterprises. According to the data processed by SPSS, micro-enterprises still prefer internal financing (64%) among many sources, whereas only 11% of the respondents used public funding. The micro-enterprises, for which innovation is important, relied solely on internal finance (65%), while public support was used by 13%. Based on the results of the study of Latvian companies, the need to improve the availability of financing for micro-enterprises is highlighted by creating a targeted\external funding offer in the form of a financial instrument based on public finance support.

Usaha Kecil Menengah merupakan pendukung utama perekonomian di negara kita. Adopsi beberapa aplikasi pendukung baik yang berbasis web maupun berbasis desktop, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi produksi serta peningkatan laba dari usaha kecil. Aplikasi penghitung harga satuan produk offset untuk Usaha Kecil Menengah berbasis desktop ini dibutuhkan Usaha Kecil Menengah Percetakan Mulia untuk mempercepat perhitungan serta meminimalisir kesalahan baik dalam penentuan harga perbarang, jumlah kebutuhan bahan baku maupun proses-proses lainya. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Delphi, dengan fitur utama perhitungan biaya bahan baku berupa kertas dan tinta, perhitungan biaya cetak serta perhitungan harga satuan. Selain mampu menghitung harga satuan dengan cepat, aplikasi ini memberikan pilihan mesin untuk menjalankan proses produksi sebuah pesanan dari pelanggan, dimana akan memudahkan penentuan mesin apabila salah satu mesin telah penuh pengerjaan proses cetaknya. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan pilihan harga yang dimana harganya bisa dirubah sesuai keperluan dan bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam hal daya saing perusahaan.
