Skin Resurfacing of Fine to Deep Rhytides Using a Char-free Carbon Dioxide Laser in 47 Patients

Abstract: A CO2 laser system with a scanning beam can effectively and safely improve or remove glabellar, perioral, and periorbital rhytides.
