Size-dependent cellular uptake of exosomes

Abstract: The ability of exosomes to elicit specific cellular responses suggests that they may be increasingly used as therapeutics. Their vesicular nature makes them suitable as potential nanocarriers for drugs or nucleic acids delivery.
