Abstract: Neonatal Lupus Syndrome (NLS) is an autoimmune disease associated to the presence of autoantibodies against ribonucleoproteins SSA/Ro and/or SSB/La in the maternalfetal circulation and is characterized by isolated congenital heart block (ICHB) and/or cutaneous and hematological manifestations.
