Shippy Express: Augmenting accounting education with Google Sheets

El objetivo de la investigación es realizar una revisión de la literatura para establecer un marco de referencia teórica de la implementación de datos abiertos en las estrategias de gobierno abierto en el Perú. Para el desarrollo del presente artículo se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica, se tomaron en cuenta artículos de la base de datos de Scopus entre los años 2017 y 2021. Como resultado de este estudio se determinó que existe 1 gobierno regional y 4 gobiernos locales que han implementado sus portales de datos abiertos esto representa el 0.26% del nivel de cumplimiento, además, el nivel de cumplimiento de la dimensión de transparencia del gobierno abierto es de 38.16%. Se concluye que la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima cumple con todos los principios de los datos abiertos y posee una completa implementación en todas las categorías, los cuales puedes ser accedidos en diferentes formatos.

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi episode manajemen pengetahuan, mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan untuk menghasilkan e-learning akuntansi terintegrasi SIDEK-Edu (Sistem Informasi Debit Kredit untuk Edukasi), serta mengukur persepsi inovasi SIDEK-Edu sebagai media pembelajaran akuntansi. Metode - Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah exploratory mixed-method untuk mendeskripsikan episode manajemen pengetahuan melalui prosedur kualitatif secara tematik. Prosedur kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif dilakukan untuk mengukur persepsi inovasi SIDEK-Edu dengan responden terdiri atas 26 dosen, 13 mahasiswa, dan 65 guru akuntansi. Penelitian ini termasuk studi longitudinal yang medeskripsikan perjalanan aktivitas manajemen pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan e-learning akuntansi. Temuan – Hasil eksplorasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat transfer pengetahuan dimulai padaepisode asimilasi pengetahuan sampai dengan emisi pengetahuan. Faktor lingkungan,manajemen, dan sumber daya terbukti berpengaruh serta dapat menimbulkan hambatanakivitas manajemen pengetahuan dan tantangan diseminasi. Hasil pengukuran tingkat inovatifmenunjukkan bahwa SIDEK-Edu sangat inovatif. Orisinalitas – Penelitian yang mengeksplorasi proses pengembangan media pembelajaranakuntansi dari perspektif manajemen pengetahuan masih terbatas. Sebagian besar studipengembangan media pembelajaran akuntansi juga masih terbatas pada transformasi materimedia cetak menjadi digital dan penggunaan aplikasi pengolah angka, aplikasi akuntansi, sertae-learning secara terpisah. Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran akuntansi yangmengintegrasikan pembelajaran teori dan praktik akuntansi dalam satu aplikasi masih terbatas.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world turned towards intensifying the implementation of modern educational technologies in general, especially those related to remote teaching and learning. These technologies have proven to save learners considerable time and effort, particularly in emergencies that necessitate a shift from traditional to remote education systems. They offer easy and secure methods for remote teaching and learning. One of the most significant modern technologies in this context is cloud computing, a term that refers to on-demand access to computer resources and systems over the network. Cloud computing can deliver a range of integrated computer services without being constrained by local resources, aiming to facilitate user interaction. The successful use and integration of cloud computing applications in educational institutions are key indicators of achieving outstanding educational quality. This includes attaining the highest possible levels of sustainable development competencies in education. The effectiveness of utilizing these applications is contingent upon the proper management of educational technology applications and their flexible and rapid activation from any location through the Internet. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the current utilization and deployment of cloud computing applications in activating e-learning at King Faisal University and provide insight into realizing the desired outcomes of implementing one of the most crucial e-learning technologies as a means of achieving sustainable development in education. This was accomplished by identifying the problems and challenges facing the use and deployment of this technology in educational institutions in the Kingdom, specifically at King Faisal University. Additionally, the study aimed to propose ways to enhance the utilization of certain applications utilizing this technology in e-learning within educational institutions.
