Abstract: This paper presents the evaluation result of a shielding technique applied to a docent robot system which uses wireless power transfer (WPT) technology to charge its embedded battery. In this study, several shielding techniques were investigated such as passive, active, and reactive shield and the most suitable shielding method for robot system was described.
