Abstract:Background -Chronic kidney disease with unknown aetiology (CKDu) is a progressing disease which is affecting many Sri Lankans' yearly, this disease is slow progressive, irreversible and asymptomatic disease. Patients suffering from CKDu over the past two decades have been evaluated using the estimated glomerular filtration rate (e-GFR).
