“…The effect of sequence‐isomerism on solution assembly was also investigated . As shown in Figure , a pair of sequence isomers were designed and prepared, namely PS‐BBA and PS‐ABB, in which PS stands for polystyrene, B for BPOSS, and A for APOSS with a total of seven carboxylic acid groups at the corners of the POSS.…”

“…The effect of sequence-isomerism on solutiona ssembly was also investigated. [10] As shown in Figure 3, ap air of sequence isomersw ere designeda nd prepared, namely PS-BBA and PS- Concept ABB, in which PS stands for polystyrene, Bf or BPOSS,and Af or APOSS with at otal of sevenc arboxylic acid groups at the corners of the POSS. It was found that PS-BBA formed spherical micelles at different initial concentrations and PS-ABB formed a variety of morphologies, such as micelles,w orm-like cylinders, and lamellae, upon increasingi nitial concentrations.…”

“…Moreover, a pair of PS and POSS‐based “sequence isomers” (PS‐(APOSS)(BPOSS) 2 have been iteratively synthesized by SPACC, denoted as PS‐BBA and PS‐ABB (Figure c). In these two isomers, B and A represent BPOSS with seven isobutyl groups and APOSS with seven carboxylic acid groups at the corners of the POSS core, respectively . In brief, by precisely designing the click adaptor in terms of functionality and architecture, iterative click strategy offers a flexible, efficient, and modular protocol, allowing the synthesis of POSS‐hybrid polymers with a diversity of complex architectures.…”

“…[1][2][3] However, studies on sequence-defined polymers focus primarily on synthesis, mainly of small oligomers (<5 kDa), and exploration of supramolecular chemistry is rare. 4,5 Similarly, the folding of single synthetic polymer chains into nanoparticles (single chain nanoparticles, SCNPs) is receiving much attention, 6 but typically uses polymers with low levels of sequence control. 7 Conversely, the foldamer community, approaching the problem from the small molecule perspective, seldom make macromolecular constructs, 8,9 and examples combining more than one folding motif are almost unknown.…”
